Apple dropped the deets on their new tablet device today. Cleverly named, the iPad looks pretty legitimate…if you’re looking for a jumbo iPhone/iPod touch. I Can’t wait till they’re released so I can pretend to be a prospective buyer and mosey into the apple store and play. It seems decently priced for what you’re getting, I think, but I’m a poor college student...

My chord transitioning is getting better (moving from D to G is no easy feat!) but I’m still struggling with the strumming. Maybe the awkward strumming patterns I’m coming up with are charming (sike). I am beginning to feel the discomfort and callouses forming on the fingertips of my left hand. Ow. I love A Fine Frenzy. Really, I do. I’m a huge fan of their cute songs and even cuter lyrics. So you can imagine my overwhelming excitement when I discovered that two of my favorite songs from them are SUPER simple to play on the guitar. D, G, A, with one Em in the bridge. My fingers are still getting used to switching from chord to chord, but the hardest thing for me right now is STRUMMING....
